Use of this medication
The recommended daily dose for Osteoarthritis is 200 mg taken as
a single dose or as 100 mg twice daily.
The recommended starting dose for Rheumatoid arthritis is 100 mg
twice daily, which may be increased to 200 mg twice daily.
The recommended dose for Familial adenomatous polyposis is 400
mg twice daily with food.
Body weight, other medical conditions, and other medications can
affect the dosage of this medication. Do not change the way that
you are taking the medication without consulting your doctor, even
if it is different than what is listed here.
