A: Yes, if you follow the procedure under the section of "Order
or Register" on our web page.
Q: Can I transfer a prescription
from my local pharmacy? top

A: We cannot accept prescriptions transferred from abroad. We must
have a faxed or original copy of your prescription.
Q: How much medication can I
buy? top ^
A: Due to regulations put into place by the Government , American
citizens are only allowed to import a maximum of 3 months worth
of medication for If your physician writes a prescription for more
than 3 months , than we can fill those refills as they come due.
Q: Are all drugs less expensive
in Canada? top ^
A: No. The majority is less expensive, but there are exceptions.
Q: Are all drugs available?

A: Not all drugs available for purchase into the USA are available
in Canada. For instance, we legally cannot ship any narcotic or
controlled substance cross the border. However, Cpd pharmacy carries
the vast majority of medications available in the USA.
Q: Are there any other charges
besides the drugs? top

A: Shipping charges are $9.95 per package (not per drug.)
Q: How can I pay? top

A: For your convenience, cpd pharmacy accepts Visa, MasterCard and
online chequing.
Q: I am a new customer, how
do I get started? top

A: It is a 3-step process. Go to the "Order
or Register" page and select new customer.
1. Fill in the order form and submit or print it and fax it to us,
if we are not requesting on your behalf.
2. Send us your American prescriptions by fax or mail.
3. Receive the order to your door.
Q: How long will my order take
to process? top ^
A: Your first order with cpd pharmacy can take up to 1 week to process
once we have received your completed registration form and a valid
U.S. prescription. Allow up to 1 week for shipping. Refill orders
are processed within 2 days. Shipping times remain the same.
Q: What is Cpd pharmacy Return
Policy? top ^
A: The Pharmacist shall not accept the return for use or re-use
of any portion of any drug or non-prescription medication
Q: Will you accept my insurance
plan? top ^
A: Unfortunately, the insurance plans are not set up to accept claims
from a foreign pharmacy. You will be issued a receipt with your
prescription that you may submit to your insurance company, but
there are no guarantees whether you can be reimbursed or not.
Q: How does the quality of
Canadian Drugs compare to those in the USA? top

A: the Canadian government has very strict requirements for the
manufacturing of drugs, which meet or exceed government drug safety
standards. Some of the drugs sold in Canada are actually manufactured
in the US and repackaged for sale in Canada. Generic medications
are all manufactured in Canada under the Canadian health Authority
(Health Canada) stringent requirements. Canada's Health system is
known to be amongst the best in the world.

#3 or similar medications from your pharmacy? top

A: We legally cannot ship any narcotic or controlled substance across
the border. We also will not sell any habit forming medications.
Q: Why
do some drugs have different names in Canada? top
^
A: These are trade or brand names registered by the manufacturer.
In different countries manufacturers will often use different trade
names. The medications have the same active ingredients, but may
look different and have a different trade name. (For example Prilosec
(U.S.) and Losec (Canada), or Augmentin (U.S.) and Clavulin (Canada)).
